At Premier Yarns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your yarn or home accessories, we accept returns of unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, with labels intact, and have not been wound or used for knitting or crochet projects.

  Request a Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the designated return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA form inside the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
